the hotel boasts friendly and helpful staff. breakfast was a highlight, showcasing many tasty options (i adored the fresh pastries!). the location is super convenient for exploring nearby attractions. i found free parking easily.
the lighting in the room was a bit dim for reading at night, so i moved to the lobby.

a. few Issues Encountered During My stay

room cleaning
i. found my room to be quite spartan upon arrival with only two pillows provided and one for each guest this required me to request an additional pillow the room was not cleaned at all during my four-night stay even after using the request service.

The room felt quite basic, with just the essentials provided. i was also surprised to find that the air conditioning wasn't working . It became uncomfortably warm at night. (i should have complained more). furthermore, parking cost extra, which i found inconvenient considering the hotel's location.

The air conditioning was not working. It was supposedly broken throughout the entire building. The temperature inside was over 25 degrees, despite it being under 20 degrees outside. This made sleeping difficult and the room stuffy.
